Deliverables
Updated risk assessment and management
An intermediate (D11) and final report (D12) on the learning collaborative using Meplis Care Monitor to the European Commission will be provided at months 9 and 48, respectively (O3.7).
A first type of analysis is an overall analysis of the baseline measurement D16 and a gap analysis for each hospital to determine which specific outcomes they are trying to change and shape the intervention accordingly following WP1 and WP2 M21
The first and second interrelated objectives package 1 include the development of a cross-country detailed protocol for intervention implementation and data collection (O1.1) as well as the development of instruments and questionnaires (O1.2). This scientific protocol (D1) will be drawn as soon as the project is funded to guide the twinning and learning collaborative (WP2) and data collection (WP3). The protocol will follow CONSORT and SPIRIT statements, include an extended TIDieR checklist, a general template for hospital discharge data, and a core battery of survey instruments developed in earlier research by the University of Pennsylvania (WP-leader). At the kick-off meeting of the project, the data requirements (as specified by the core set of instruments) and possible options of data-acquirement will be specified by Penn.
An intermediate (D9) and final report (D10) on survey data collection and using Meplis Care Monitor to the European Commission will be provided at months 9 and 48, respectively (O3.7).
Work Package 7 is responsible for developing and implementing a Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (DECP) that will be developed at M6, approved by the General Assembly and monitored and updated during the course of the study (D26).
