Interim (M36) report on intervention monitoring and process

A report on intervention monitoring and process will be communicated to the European Commission at months 24 (D13), 36 (D14) and 48 (D15).

Interim plan detailing transferability to other settings

In Y2 D27 and Y4 D28 a plan will be developed to discuss the transferability of the Magnet blueprint and implementation strategy to a larger set of hospitals and to nonhospital setting smaller hospitalsenterprises and public agencies The plan will be discussed in Y2 during the Stakeholder Committee meeting It will result in a policy brief on transferability followed by specific workshop during the final Magnet4Europe conference in Brussels

Interim report on Learning Collaborative using Meplis Campus

An intermediate (D11) and final report (D12) on the learning collaborative using Meplis Care Monitor to the European Commission will be provided at months 9 and 48, respectively (O3.7).

Report on mental health and wellbeing of health care professionals and patient experiences with care

A first type of analysis is an overall analysis of the baseline measurement D16 and a gap analysis for each hospital to determine which specific outcomes they are trying to change and shape the intervention accordingly following WP1 and WP2 M21

Scientific protocol

The first and second interrelated objectives package 1 include the development of a cross-country detailed protocol for intervention implementation and data collection (O1.1) as well as the development of instruments and questionnaires (O1.2). This scientific protocol (D1) will be drawn as soon as the project is funded to guide the twinning and learning collaborative (WP2) and data collection (WP3). The protocol will follow CONSORT and SPIRIT statements, include an extended TIDieR checklist, a general template for hospital discharge data, and a core battery of survey instruments developed in earlier research by the University of Pennsylvania (WP-leader). At the kick-off meeting of the project, the data requirements (as specified by the core set of instruments) and possible options of data-acquirement will be specified by Penn.

Interim report on activities related to twinning European hospitals and Magnet hospitals

in work package 2, an intermediate (D2) and final report (D3) to the European Commission will be provided at months 24 and 48, respectively (O2.8).

Interim report on survey data collection using Meplis Care Monitor

An intermediate (D9) and final report (D10) on survey data collection and using Meplis Care Monitor to the European Commission will be provided at months 9 and 48, respectively (O3.7).

Dissemination, exploitation and communication plan

Work Package 7 is responsible for developing and implementing a Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (DECP) that will be developed at M6, approved by the General Assembly and monitored and updated during the course of the study (D26).
