Sales is a long process which involves the management of large repositories of Data and to identify opportunities to generate successful leads. In order to manage such information, today used tools include excel sheets, CRM systems, and Sales acceleration Software, but still today needs of manual interaction and requires a high human attendance, wasting up to 40% of sales time, a time that companies usually cannot afford.
Thrive (ThriveEmail or rebranded as FunnelFox in Phase 2) is an innovative sales operation platform, which integrates automatically website, email, and phone with different CRMs in a friendly and automatic way, it analyses sales information in an intelligent based manner, at a very competitive cost, and reducing the input data time drastically.
The work covers the objectives for the Phase 1 proposal, which includes:
Technical feasibility: analysis of features and optimization roadmap for the further development of the system, and execution plan for the successful final version of Thrive (FunnelFox), as well as Technical Risks analysis.
Freedom to Operate analyzed several patents which have been identified. Non-significant findings jeopardize the project, and we indicate the protection measures to be taken by Thrive. Also, normative and regulations to be fulfilled are analyzed. Also, potential protection measures are identified.
Commercial feasibility includes the identification of the market, main clients, their size and needs, and commercialization strategy.
Financial feasibility and business plan include a sales forecast, EBITDA estimations, and market risks identification. With an initial estimation of 1.3M€ from Phase 2, indicates an ROI of 7.2. Critical risks (technical and commercial) are analysed.
The market potential competitors and comprehensive landscape of related sales acceleration software market have been executed. Key players, potential licensing partners for UK and Ireland, DACH and Benelux, Scandinavia and Mediterranean area (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Greece) have been analyzed. Specific CRM market has been studied. The analysis includes six main competitors that comprise direct Thrive Competitors. It demonstrates that Thrives proposes a novel and more automatized approach to sales procedures which has the potential to increase in a 15% the sales activities efficiency compares to existing systems.
