Thrive (ThriveEmail or rebranded as FunnelFox in Phase 2) is an innovative sales operation platform, which integrates automatically website, email, and phone with different CRMs in a friendly and automatic way, it analyses sales information in an intelligent based manner, at a very competitive cost, and reducing the input data time drastically.
Technical feasibility: analysis of features and optimization roadmap for the further development of the system, and execution plan for the successful final version of Thrive (FunnelFox), as well as Technical Risks analysis.
Freedom to Operate analyzed several patents which have been identified. Non-significant findings jeopardize the project, and we indicate the protection measures to be taken by Thrive. Also, normative and regulations to be fulfilled are analyzed. Also, potential protection measures are identified.
Commercial feasibility includes the identification of the market, main clients, their size and needs, and commercialization strategy.
Financial feasibility and business plan include a sales forecast, EBITDA estimations, and market risks identification. With an initial estimation of 1.3M€ from Phase 2, indicates an ROI of 7.2. Critical risks (technical and commercial) are analysed.
