Project description
Advanced event management system tracks attendee registrations and engagement
The EU-funded ID.Conference project is supporting a Slovenia-based start-up specialised in identification and RFID solutions in developing an event management platform with unprecedented attendee tracking and business analytics capabilities. The platform will greatly help in organising events with complex agendas and a large number of participants: it enables quick and easy set-up of the event landing page, allows fast registration at the event and records the movement of participants. The ID.Conference platform is a single ICT solution that helps event planning companies to automate and control the organisation process, driving down the operational costs and ensuring maximum engagement of the participants.

addressable marekt (TAM) estimated at 43 Bn in 2020 and growing with CAGR 10.3% between 2017-2020. Comprehensive
technology, ID.Conference will respond to yet unmet challenge of event planning organizations to automate and control a
complete event organization process by using a single ICT solution, driving down their operational costs, ensuring maximum
engagement of the participants and thus demonstrate high return on investment to the event stakeholders. Market
