D13 will design develop and implement a coordination methodology to ensure that crossdomain topics are timely identified and appropriately discussed within and across the project ecosystem The methodology will set out and focus on topics of interest that will be discussed at crossdomain level through the creation of crosssectoral Task Forces which will operate in close collaboration with the OPEN DEI ecosystem of Innovation Actions The methodology and its concrete implementation will be presented in a report delivered at month 18

Pilot dashboard specifications

Requirements will be gathered and built with the different projects to understand what kind of functionalities will benefit both internal and external stakeholders, including data visualization and user interaction.

Validation and lessons learned from the cross-domain Task Forces

Produced and submitted at the end of the project duration D13 will provide a thorough validation of the implemented coordination methodology for OPEN DEI four domains and present the lessons learned obtained through the Task Forces implementation The methodology validation and lessonslearned will be presented in a report to be delivered at month 40

Best practices for large scale piloting V1

This deliverable will compile major methodologies, tools and best practices and will put them at the disposal of platform projects with the necessary guidance and training (workshops, webinars, comparative manuals and how-to’s). At the end of the project lessons learned will be gathered and used to improve and evolve the baseline results. To the possible extent alignment and synergies will be created among the projects.

D76 will build on D75 and will provide 1 a comprehensive analysis of use casespilots with crossdomain challenges extracting best practices and assets with crosssectorial value that can be reused or repurposed in different pilots of their domains or others Blueprints may be used to capture that value but other visualizations
