Integration of the Innovation associate in the company and added value of the associate to the project
Description of the integration process of the associate at all levels in the SMEs and in his/her new country of residence. Explanation of shortcoming encountered and solutions. Description of the added value of the associate to the project, description of the tasks performed by the associate within the project and development.
