Dissemination, Communication and Cooperation activities Report (v1)

A report will be generated after each of the planned workshops, dissemination and synergies activities containing the minutes, report, photo or video overview of the meeting, presentation used, participants list or number of people present, and feedback from- if appropriate-: the advisory board, the user group, people present. Related tasks: T9.1, T9.2, T9.3, T9.4

TRINITY architecture

Description of the open, secure and flexible architecture designed during this WP. Related Task: T2.3.

IMC, OTCM and ASM analysis

D3.1 will report the results of the analysis of intraday and reserve markets. Related Task: T3.1.

TRINITY Use cases, requirements and KPIs definition

D2.3 will describe the work performed during the Use Cases, requirements and KPIs definition stage. Related Task: T2.1.

Plan for Exploitation and dissemination of results (PEDR) (v1)

Details the strategy and concrete actions for the exploitation and dissemination of the project results to audiences that may use those results. There will be a final version dealing with the exploitation agreements between partners and the modifications from the initial planning performed during TRINITY’s lifespan. Related tasks: T9.1, T9.5

Novel approach in reliability margin calculation

D4.1 will report the novel approach in reliability assessment directly embedded into the improved cross zonal capacity calculation concept. Related Task: T4.3.

End Users infrastructure and technology analysis

Analysis of the current and future infrastructure and other relevant technologies that the End Users will use for the project demonstration. Related Task: T2.2.

Boundary conditions report

Report on the regulatory, social and market conditions of the TRINITY Region. Related Task: T2.4.

Project Management Plan (v2)

The reporting procedures, communication policies, IPR strategy and set of templates to be used within the project will be included in the project handbook. It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks. A detailed Quality Assurance Plan will be also included within this deliverable. Related tasks: T1.1, T1.2

The Data Management Plan (DMP) clarifies the handling of research data during and after the project. Related tasks: T1.2
