The aim is the presentation of a detailed roadmap to cross-border harmonization implementing the specific propositions of the project, with clearly defined actions and roles for all the actors involved in the project technologies. The deliverable is related with task 3.3.

Regulatory and legal challenges for cross-border harmonisation v1 (opens in new window)

The aim is to analyse regulatory, technical and legal issues affecting cross border exchanges and innovation. The report will fully cover the abovementioned issues for the countries involved in the demonstrations, as well as provide a linkage with respective issues in the panEuropean network. The deliverable is related with task 3.1

Evaluation of demonstration results (opens in new window)

The aim is to present the findings, benefits and challenges of the testing period on site for all demonstrations comparatively. The targets achieved and overall improvement produced for regional cooperation will result in increased facilities utilization of 5% at least. The deliverable is related with task 9.1

Technical and market codes (pathways) to enable code harmonisation (opens in new window)

The aim is the presentation of a technical and market improvements plan for network code harmonization across Europe, covering the aspects of innovation integration. The plan will cover at least all the network codes related with the demonstration technologies. The deliverable is related with task 3.3

Cost-benefit Analysis - Impact assessment (opens in new window)

The aim is to propose a detailed presentation of a Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) framework assessing how cross border innovations improve regional cooperation. At least 8 power system factors will be considered and technical and economic externalities will be assessed. The deliverable is related with the task 9.2

A thorough review of existing procedures, challenges and shortcomings, applicable laws, regulation, and policy that identifies technical barriers and propose a detailed implementation plan for innovative cross-border services, linking with the findings of the FARCROSS demonstrated technologies. Each technology will be analysed for rolling out plan. The deliverable is related with task 9.3
