POCITYF Citizen Engagement Tools & Hubs (incl. video clip on digital co-creation activities)

This deliverable will set the different engagement actions to promote behavioural changes and motivate active participation from citizens, including in-person activities to exchange information with participants and at the same time provide coaching for citizen participation.

Project Management Roadmap - version 2

Updated report on the project management roadmap, where the initial set of transparent management procedures and structures will be refined, together with the respective responsibilities.

Replication and City-Vision Strategy for FCs

This deliverable will form the basis for successful replication of the POCITYF learnings and results ensuring the successful and large-scale replication of Lighthouse Cities approach towards Positive Energy Building/District vision. In particular, a preliminary set of strategies for effective replication in the Fellow Cities will be developed taking into account technical, economic and societal aspects.

This deliverable will provide the preliminary Ioannina feasibility studies and replication plans for all 4 POCITYF ETTs and the respective IS categories for which has shown interest. Political, Economic, Social, Technology, Environmental and Legal analysis will be carried out to determine the uniqueness and the context of Ioannina city through the active participation of local authorities and the involvement of identified key stakeholders. Moreover, a preliminary roadmap towards the bold city vision of Ioannina for 2050 will be defined.

Environmental Analysis

This deliverable will report on the definition of the system boundaries and selection of relevant indications for LCA realisation, as well as the definition of the data gathering protocol for the development of a Life Cycle Inventory (LCI).

Building & Grid Retrofit Regulatory Framework

Initial report on the assessment of the national legal and regulatory framework underpinning the implementation/replication of Integrated Solutions for the LHs and FCs

Performance Benchmarking and Evaluation

This deliverable will provide a benchmarking framework for the Lighthouse and Follower cities and the definition of the metrics for the quantification of the demonstration targets

POCITYF Citizen Engagement Plan

This deliverable will establish the engagement plan for the different users involved in the project within the context of smart cities and communities. The initial version will provide important inputs for other WPs, namely those related with the demonstration activities.

POCITYF Clustering Action Plan - version 2

Updated report on the actions plans comprising strategies to establish the following collaboration streams in an effective way: European smart city initiatives and partnerships; on-going Lighthouse projects from SCC01 calls and Smart city communities for cultural heritage areas. For each stream, a dedicated communication and collaboration strategy will be developed considering already existing and established collaboration frameworks and practices. The aim of this update is to include new collaborations and possibly strategy revisions.

Knowledge Transfer Tools for FCs Replication

This deliverable will define the first version of key tools for replicating solutions between cities to favour learning, inspiration, knowledge and experience exchange. The knowledge-transfer of best practices between the cities will be guaranteed through the use of a specific platform to enable cities to interact with each other by sharing their knowledge.

Test and Evaluation Plans

This report will include an overview on all the communication and dissemination activities (also the digital and physical events)

Quality Assessment, Risk Assessment and Contingency Plans

Initial report that will map the main envisioned project risks and define a set of contingency rules and event-driven actions in order to ensure the quality of the work to be performed during the project and mitigate those risks. Also, a quality process will be presented, addressing both quality assurance and control aspects.

Cyber Data Security Management Plans

Report that will present a framework to ensure that POCITYF will comply with privacy and security of sensitive information, rendering strategies to implement a layered data protection framework allowing the project to collect and manipulate big amounts of data.

Ethical Monitoring and GDPR Conformation Plans

Report addressing the outcomes of the Ethical Monitoring activities, aligned with the identified relevant national and international European legislation and directives of the countries where data will be collected, to assess POCITYF adequacy with those legal frameworks. This report will also present the plans and rules that were created for ensuring POCITYF compliance with the GDPR.

Celje Replication Plans and City-Vision for 2050

Guidelines for Smart Cities Energy Transition

POCITYF Multi-Dissemination material - version 2

The brochure describes the overall approach of the project, its innovation and the expected impacts to be widely distributed by partners during meetings and events. The presentation video (with subtitles in the 7 languages of the LH and FC cities) aims to present the project in an easy-to-understand way based on animations and info-graphics and addressing users and potential adopters at large.

Data Management Plan

Initial report on the data management plan of the project, detailing the data that the project will monitor/generate, whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and re-use and how it will be curated and preserved. This Data Management Plan will also include a detailed Contingency Plan, identifying measures to be taken in order to prevent risks related to the data will be collected.
