Periodic Reporting for period 1 - DBP (Create a business plan for implementing the data-analysis software DatenBerg Backpack in the manufacturing site in the rubber processing industry.)

During the feasibility the beta-phase reaching of the data-analysis software DatenBerg Backpack was undertaken. The DatenBerg Backpack aims to simplify complex prodcution processes by using artificial intelligence for data-analysis. Focused on an installation in the rubber processing sector, the automated data-analysis algorithms were prepared, and an automated testing was implemented. In total the objectives of the feasibility study were reached, and the software is ready to go live in August 2019. DatenBerg is proud to be part of the Horizon 2020 project and is looking for further participations on European level calls.
The software development was pushed forwards and important customer features were implemented as now the software is ready to install and go live in a rubber processing manufacturing site. Next to technical related tasks the project was rounded off by legal and marketing related activities. The used open sources packages were evaluated, to ensure the correct usage of all licenses. Marketing related, a license model for the application of the DatenBerg software was derived and competitor groups classified.
Furthermore, new customers were onboarded and the DatenBerg team is looking forward to roll-out its solution in the rubber processing sector in Europe. This will lead to a higher efficiency in production plants and therefore, having a positive economic impact.
