Achieving wider uptake of water-smart solutions

Deliverables

Baseline study on irrigation and fuel needs

Quantity and quality of water used by farmers and quantity of wood fuel used by SMEs From Task 121 to be used in Task 122 and Task 123

Risk Management plan

WIDER UPTAKE will prepare a risk management plan RMP using a standard tool in SINTEF where risks and mitigating measures are identified in a structured process From Task 72 To be used in all WPs

1. Updated dissemination and exploitation plan

The dissemination and exploitation plan describes measures for the dissemination and exploitation of WIDER UPTAKEs results and KPIs for measuring the activity The plan will be updated during the first 6 months of the project and thereafter at month 18 and month 36 From Task 62 to be used by all WPs

Procedure for monitoring and control of health and quality risks

Legislative background for the development of recommendations for quality of final products and general protocols for sampling and measurements in different contexts From Task 211 to be used in Task 212 and Task 22

Communication plan

The communication plan will include goals target audiences the message to each of these audiences and the adequate meanchannel to use From Task 74 to be used in all WPs

Quality assurance plan

Procedures for QA of results and deliverables in the project From Task 71 To be used in all WPs

Governance assessment tool

The tool will identify and assess prevailing framework conditions for implementation of the project solutions Special attention will be paid to the interaction between institutional and technological factors synergies and tradeoffs between sector policies stakeholder interests and the different SDGs From Task 41 to be used Task 42 Task 43 and Task 44

1. Report on Communities of Practice

The first of two reports with description of the activities learning process and performance of the CoPs linked to the identified KPIs From Task 73 to be used in all WPs

Demonstration plants for testing and development at HIAS and IVAR

Technical plants for testing and development at HIAS a sludge processing line for recovery of P from the EBPR sludge and IVAR enhanced removal of suspended solids SS prior to biological treatment by dissolved air flotation or drum filters combined with polymer dosage completed and ready for use From Task 131 and Task 132 to be used in Task 131 and Task 132

3D printed rain garden boxes

Four demonstration units will therefore be designed and constructed The demonstration units will be impervious boxes suitable for flowers small plants and bushes The design can be made in such a way that the raingarden will receive a constant amount of effluent water that will either be used by the plants or filtrated Internal parts will be printed on a 3D printer according Storm Aquas design From Task 141 to be used in Task 142

Demonstration plant for testing and development at Marinero and Corleone

The technical plant for pilot scale nutrient adsorption and testing to optimise resource recovery testing and development at Marineo and Corleone completed and ready for use From Task 112 to be used in Task 112 and Task 113

Website

The project website will be used for presentation and dissemination of the project and its deliverables The website will also have a membersonly area that will be used as a file exchange platform to facilitate internal communication and exchange of data results reports and software tools From Task 74 to be used by all WPs

Data Management Plan (draft)

A data management plan will be prepared using the framework provided by the Norwegian Centre for Research Data The framework follows the FAIRprinciples and will meet the requirements for open access The DMP will include a description of the dataset to be collected or already archived highlighting the source nature and order A clear reference to the potential endusers and the usefulness of the dataset will be provided From Task 71 To be used by all WPs
