First version of communication toolkit and guidance note (EN/ES)

A communication toolkit developed by OPPLA and CA will comprise a range of readymade resources for managing outreach and engagement The toolkit will be launched in Month 5 and updatedexpanded throughout the course of the project including INTERLACE brand materials logo and corporate design high quality videos animations and infographics a webinar programme sharing stateoftheart research and demonstrations of solutions developed under T43 and T53 guidance and policy notes responding to current and emerging issues an active social media campaign and educational materials for school children These resources will be available in Spanish and English as well as additional local languages of the INTERLACE cities as appropriate

INTERLACE project website

A project website will be developed to support project management communicate about the project and disseminate information about the project and its results as well as to foster the coproduction process established by T11 Supported by OPPLA the Innovation Hub T52 will be linked to the project website and easily accessible for project website visitors thereby supporting the wider dissemination and exploitation of results Designed as a multilevel communication tool the website will contain a publicly accessible section and an internal area

Governance performance assessment report

Report summarising assessment of current governance practices for the realization of restorative NBS ie integration into municipal and private projects trainings urban competitions financing awareness raising monitoring innovation etc in each INTERLACE city

Protocol on cultural, gender and ethics-related considerations

Priority factors related to cultural ethics and genderrelated factors will be translated into a protocol for assessing and monitoring cultural gender and ethical issues within the project This will be based on the analysis conducted in task 15The protocol will contribute to T14 and in particular to the stakeholder evaluation form feed into the Innovation Hub T52 and ensure that project partners facilitate an inclusive participation of relevant stakeholders for all project activities and in particular for the coproduction process WP2 and WP3 engagement programmes WP5 and public events The application of the protocol will be monitored in T64 Complying with ethics requirements the protocol will also address activities undertaken in nonEU countries that may raise ethics issues whereby all partners must ensure that the research conducted outside the EU is legal in at least one EU Member State

Cookbook on virtual and physical interactive exchange formats for cities (EN/ES)

Lessons learned from the city pairings process T42 will be collected and published by CA and UNGL in a cookbook format to support further effective exchanges between INTERLACE cities as well as beyond the project

Policy coherence analysis report

Report summarising a detailed assessment of local financing urban planning territorial and construction rules and observable practices in order to identify barriers and opportunities to local planning scenarios
