This document describes the community co-creation stage for each trial and how the technologies developed in WP2 has been used in the process.

Innovation Management Plan

Plan and guidelines for innovation management in the project, including links to exploitation management strategies.

Intermediate Technical Requirements, Architecture and Integration

Updated public report, including the technical requirements, the overall system architecture description and a comprehensive definition of the communication and interaction between the different modules of the toolset.

Initial TRACTION toolset technical and UX evaluation

An initial report with the results of the technical and UX evaluation for each one of the iterations of the project.

Co-creation and user training evaluation

A report with the user evaluation during the co-creation and training stages on each trial.

Initial Market analysis report

This deliverable describes the initial market for the toolset deployed in WP2 and performs an analysis of existing community opera projects, looking for opportunities of applying the results of the projects even after the end of the project itself. This deliverable will also include a set of recommendations as input for the exploitation activities of task T5.3

Initial Communication and Dissemination plan and knowledge transfer strategy

This deliverable provides an initial detailed description of the specific strategy for communication and dissemination of the project results

Initial public report, including the current technological state of the art, the technical requirements, the overall system architecture description and a comprehensive definition of the communication and interaction between the different modules of the toolset.

Handbook on Project Management

Document describing all activities and tools related to management of the project.

This initial deliverable will describe the overall methodology of TRACTION.

Creative, Artistic and Social Management Plan

Plan and guidelines for the creative, artistic and social management in the project.

Community dialogue

Public report describing the first stage of each trial.

Quality Assurance Plan

Plan for continuous risk management including maintenance of the risk register and risk assessment reports.

Initial cross-fertilization activities

This initial report describes all the activities undertaken to ensure communications between different trials and their influence on the creative process.

Initial Policy Briefing

This initial report will provide policy briefing based on the results achieved in the first period M1M12

Initial TRACTION Toolset

Initial prototype implementation of the TRACTION toolset. Each iteration will include more components, starting with the collaborative front-end and initial media capturing functionality.

Intermediate TRACTION Toolset

Intermediate prototype implementation of the TRACTION toolset. Each iteration will include more components, starting with the collaborative front-end and initial media capturing functionality and following a more complete set of smart editing tools.

Data Management Plan

Document specifying what data will be open: detailing what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and re-use, and how it will be curated and preserved. This deliverable will be updated during the project.
