Privacy, Social and Ethical Audit

A concise technical report detailing the privacy, ethical and social implications of the MESOC pilots and resulting in behavioral recommendations for involved partners, experts and end users in compliance with appropriate regulations and principles. The report will be structured in 3 chapters – each dedicated to one of the three aspects dealt with. A dedicated Annex will contain the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) of the AU Culture platform and MESOC toolkit. This deliverable will also fulfill the ethical audit requirement 15: The beneficiary must evaluate the ethics risks related to the data processing activities of the project. This includes also an opinion if data protection impact assessment should be conducted under art. 35 General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. The risk evaluation and the opinion must be submitted as a deliverable.

Summary of communication and dissemination achievements in months 118 including participation in scientific events papers publications etc

Pilot Descriptions and Plans

Actually composed of 10 distinct sections one per pilot City this report will document the results of the early stage interactions of project partners and EAB members with the City managers and policy makers in charge of the pilots

Second issue preparing the final project conference with an overview of the key policy implications of MESOC achievements

MESOC Concept Note

A public deliverable explaining in a nutshell the proposed method for cultural value and impacts assessment and the key aspects of the project’s workplan.

Third and final issue including a structured collection of all the main results and recommendations for statistical bodies and policy makers at EU national and regional levels

Textual version including an overview of the results from the Delphi Consultations

Communication and Dissemination Plan

Document explaining the overall strategy of the consortium to communicate to its internal and external target audiences and to disseminate the projects results It comprises a general plan to implement the strategy in order to achieve the stated goals for the project including the derivation of objectives and tasks for each project partner according to its main business activities and stakeholder connections determination and commitment to individual and conjoint dissemination actions A specific annex comprises the projects corporate image website design and the various communication tools to be used in digital and print format such as brochures leaflets and rollups deliverable and report templatesThe web site address will make reference to the title of the project and belong to the eu domain

Composed of 10 distinct sections one per participant City this report will report about the final results of the pilots after the full completion of Task 53 activities

A revised edition of Deliverable 21 taking stock of the results of the first projects half and likely to include new versions of the communication and dissemination material updated structure of the website etc

Data Management Plan 1

First edition summarizing the key issues, which are relevant for the MESOC project, the proposed solutions and how to ensure continuous monitoring as well as compliance with the project’s commitment towards Open Access. This deliverable will also fulfill the following ethical audit requirements: 7: Detailed information on the informed consent procedures in regard to data processing must be kept on file and submitted upon request. 8: Templates of the informed consent forms and information sheets (in language and terms intelligible to the participants) must be kept on file. 9: In case of further processing of previously collected personal data, an explicit confirmation that the beneficiary has lawful basis for the data processing and that the appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to safeguard the rights of the data subjects must be submitted as a deliverable.
