Report on the technical and legal issues to take into account for the development and integration of USER-CHI solutions and products. Related tasks: T1.3.

Research participants involvement report

This report describes the analysis and document templates developed for the participation of users in the research activities. Related tasks: T11.2.

CLICK requirements and targets

D2.1 will collect the findings of T2.1 and outline the requirements and general design decisions made based on those.

INFRA – Interoperability Framework implementation

Demonstration and implementation of the USER-CHI Interoperability Framework (P4). Related task T3.2.

EV batteries and charging solutions models

Report of the definition of EV charging infrastructure models and flexibility characteristics and their capabilities to be integrated into the local smart grid. Related task T4.1.

User requirements for USER-CHI solutions

This report will collect the user requirements analysed through the Big Data analysis and the User Driven Innovation approach. Related tasks: T1.1.

Project Management Plan

Detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It should include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.

Ethics monitoring report

This report describes the procedures to manage the ethical issues of the project, including RRI strategies. Related tasks: T11.1.

Report on the standardization landscape

An initial analysis of the standardization landscape about existing standards that can be related as well as the related standardization committees and organizations involved. Related task T8.9.1.

Smart grid services design

Report of the design of the modules, functionalities and services of the SMAC – Smart Charging Tool including data models, data exchanges, standards, protocols, algorithms and mock-ups of the tool. Related task T4.2.

Risk assessment report (I)

This report documents the processes, tools and procedures in order to manage and control the risks and events that could have a negative impact in the project. Initial release. Related tasks: T10.1, T10.2.

Communication and dissemination strategy

Communication and dissemination strategy of the whole project. It will also contain planned dissemination and communication activities and target groups at local level for each demo site. Related task T9.1.

Design and Specification of interoperability and roaming services

Report of the definition of services and the specifications of both tools 1) INFRA – Interoperability Framework (P4) and 2) INCAR – Interoperability, Charging and Parking Platform (P5). Related task T3.1.

Project handbook

The reporting procedures, communication policies, risk table and set of templates to be used within the project will be included in the project handbook. Related tasks: T10.1, T10.2.

Ethics Advisor report

This deliverable will contain the assessment report drafted by the Ethics Advisor that has monitored and evaluated the ethical dimension and proposed actions of the project. Related to tasks T11.4.

Usage scenarios for validating low-medium and high range charging system

This deliverable will describe the development and outcomes of the usage scenarios workshops organised. Related tasks: T1.2.

INDUCAR system design

Report of the design of services, functionalities and specifications of the INDUCAR system. Related Task T5.4.

Protection of personal data report

This report describes the actions conducted to protect the personal data collecting and processing processes, from an ethical point of view. It will also contain the templates and documents regarding personal data usage. Relates tasks: T11.3.

Replication strategy

The replication strategy sets the framework for all activities carried out within the project that aim to support the peer-to-peer exchange between cities, with the aim prepare for the transfer and adoption of the e-mobility measures and strategies developed by the partner cities. Apart from the replication activities and timeline, it also describes the objectives, processes, methodologies, and expected outputs, and clearly distinguishes the roles and responsibilities for each of the project partners and cities involved. Related task T8.2.

City baseline fingerprints

Demonstrator cities will develop short city baseline fingerprints at the beginning of the project with the support of EUR so the replicator cities can select which solution(s) they will work on. Related task T8.2.

Report on the contribution to standardization (I)

Report on the contribution to new standards developments in specific topics, related with the objectives, products and outcomes of the project. Initial release. Related task T8.9.2.

INSOC system design

Report of the design of services, functionalities and specifications of the INSOC system. Related Task T5.1.

Visual identity toolkit and Communication material

Project logo: It will provide the project with a unique identity and will link it to H2020. It will be included in all documents and actions related to the project. A graphic charter: This will be prepared and offered to all project partners (including font size, visuals, basic infographics). Templates for print and digital communication. Communication material, including: leaflets/ postcards, 7 roll-ups and project website. Related tasks T9.2, T9.3 and T9.4.

Data Management plan

This report describes the data management life cycle for the data to be collected, processed and/or generated by the project. Related tasks: T11.3.
