Data collection and usability clinical study results (opens in new window)

Patients will fulfil a usability questionnaire and clinical partners will evaluate how the lifestyle factors really intervene in the personalisation of the care plans that will support the technical activities of the project it will also contain the outcomes of the two clinical workshops per hospital are envisioned to gather this information and will involve patients M18 and M24

State of the art, requirements and personas definition (opens in new window)

Report including both the professionals and patients’ needs to reinforce the current best practices and the definition of the different potential users (Personas). It will define the methodology to ensure co-creation practices during the clinical studies. This report will be the starting point to define the project detailed technical specifications and architecture.

The main outcome of cohort and trajectory analysis is to identify highrisk markers for detrimental treatment effects eg depression and anxiety disorder subsequent cancer disease and for metastatic cancer disease

Identification of best practices in cancer survivors’ follow-up (opens in new window)

Report including a full overview of the best practices in cancer survivors’ follow-up around Europe with particular attention to colorectal and breast cancer. The main challenge is to define an integrated pathway for the project execution that will be the starting point to guide and evaluate PERSIST impact on current practices.
