Intuitive GPS for scooters and strollers
In the environment of urban mobility, there is a category that raises major concerns related to security. Scooters, bicycles, wheelchairs and strollers are all in need of an affordable and reliable solution that guarantees their safety. GPS navigation is emerging as a viable solution. The French Vel’co company has designed an innovative urban navigation accessory called the Tom-E. This GPS navigation device is connected to the smartphone of the user. The EU-funded project by the same name will bring to market this intuitive and universal navigation system, which can adapt easily to different means of transportation – from scooters, bicycles to small motorbikes, strollers and other vehicles.
Objective
Velco design and sell connected product for safety and GPS navigation specialized on urban mobility. We are focussing to improve the security and enjoyment of users of scooters, bicycles, motorcycles, wheelchairs and strollers.Velco just create TOM-E.
TOM-E is the first GPS navigation device that is the less expensive on the market and multimodal. With Tom-E, riding has never been easier.
The purpose of this application is to finance the study of the commercial launch for our next product: TOM-E to expand quickly all over Europe.
