For WP1, since the KAM services are dependent on the success ratio of SME Instrument, Fasttrack innovation, and FET Open programs, in our region, there is no successful project during the 2020-21 period in consortium region.
Even though the targets couldn’t be achieved under this task, EEN Anatolia actively continued to support SMEs in order to address their needs, identify growth potential, and innovation management capacity of them. Efforts were made to close the KAM, which continued from the previous period. There were no new cases of KAM in the relevant period.

For WP2, all the EEN Anatolia have at least one improve licenced staff.EENinnoSMES4 project had planned to propose 126 EIMC services. Partners were always present during the filling out process of the assessments by its clients and attaché significant importance to measuring the innovation management capacity via being in close contact with the companies. Therefore, Partners wanted to follow the same method also in 2020, mainly because the face-to-face method is always more efficient than the virtual one. However, due to the coronavirus, most partners did not carry out any activity throughout the year 2020, having in mind that the conditions to pursue this activity would improve in 2021. When considering where we stand now with the coronavirus, it will be inevitable to carry out its obligations virtually in 2021. Unlike the other partners, P04 Erciyes Teknopark reached its target during 2020-21
The expected impact before the analysis is defined as increasing the company’s innovation management success and its overall business performance and taking the Innovation capacities into a structure and adapts the lifecycle management of products in the Marketing department before the start of each assessment. The short term impact is changing in their business perspective and commercialization strategies to compete with its competitors. However, we will be tracking their status and impact of the assessment in the coming years to observe the increase in their employee numbers, trade amounts, cooperation amounts and profit ratios.
