Resumen del contexto y de los objetivos generales del proyecto

Our revolutionary technology is set to change the entire industry, as it addresses the current limitations of gear shaping machines that are extremely energy consumers, non-flexibles and very pollutant since they lack an ecological post-process compatible with current technologies. The use of E-Optimum will allow our clients, mainly in the automotive sector, to reduce energy consumption of the main engine by 11Kw (40%), decreasing O&M costs by 25% and 15% respectively.

Being granted with phase 1 SME proposal enabled us to deepen into technical, and commercial subjects that have supported our decision making described in this document. In particular, we have comprehensively determined the tasks remaining for a fully functional E-OPTIMUM, the resources to be allocated and timing. We have gained deeper understanding of the market figures and trends and drafted an IPR strategy.

we can estimate that a single unit in a 10 year amortization period (conservative), saves 234MWh, and 70 Tonnes of CO2 associated to that consumption while from an economic perspective, our customers save around 52,400€ in operational, maintenance costs per unit respect to reference competition.
In addition, based on our revenue estimations and considering an investment of €1.5Million we obtain the following financial rate highlights for 5 years analysis:

• Acc. revenue: 48.5 Million
• Acc. EBT: 11.1 Million
• Profit Margin 23%
• ROI 740%
• Payback (months) 18
