SAFETY4RAILS Ethical Compliance Framework (ECF)The document will also include Societal Impact Assessments which will be conducted twice during the project The deliverable will be developed in 2 versions 1 In the initial stage of the project the CF will focus on ensuring the integration of ethics into the execution of the project starting from the enduser engagement to development and validation of the SAFETY4RAILS solution initial desk study and 2 an update of the guidelines concerning both the SAFETY4RAILS solution its use and scalability will be provided based on feedback and observations from trials and inputs from the EAB These guidelines are then to be taken into account in each WP and their deliverables including the verification of the actions in conformance with the guidelines during the trialsThis deliverable is the first part and part of task 91
