In the Phase 1 feasibility assessment, GHOSTWRITER AI concluded a full analysis of the technical and business potential. On the business side, GHOSTWRITER AI ran deeper markets and competitor analysis, including regulations, standards, privacy laws, distribution contracts, and business model strategy. These are all requirements to scale the current state of the art to a scalable solution. We explored integration feasibility and different solution deployment.
Throughout the period, we won two relevant prizes: the MIA-Miss In Action Acceleration program, from Digital Magics, and the Women Founders program, by Endeavor association. Thanks to their support, as mentors, partners, and accelerators, as well as the interviews with digital agencies and customers, we identified the critical elements for a clear go-to-market strategy.
On the technical side, we extract value from structured and unstructured texts such as free comments on a form, a sales report, a phone call. We analyse and understand the text to allow you to:
- natural language searches
- reports (demographic and psychographic)
- monitoring (intentions, sentiments, alerts)
- patterns recognition
Our NLP models are fast and accurate. They overcame generic NLP cloud service providers. They can be deployed on cloud and on-premise, for law and privacy issues. We model the domain in the customer's area, with specific terms and idiomatic sentences.
We continue the research in the transfer learning area to apply what we have learned about linguistic modelling and its intrinsic structure. Our R6D team have already published two researches for EVALITA 2018 [http://ceur-ws.org/Vol-2263/].
The data we process are:
- social network posts (and statistics)
- advertising posts (and statistics)
- call center transcripts calls (plus scripts and CRM data)
- documents (DOCX, PDF, etc.) for search engines
We are evaluating the possibility of releasing part of the product and related models as open-source to replicate the business model of more established European software companies such as Elastic NV. The goal is to be part of the existing ecosystem in large organisations, integrate with APIs for the medium ones, and provide a prepackaged service for the small ones.
The medium-large can benefit from evolving and customising their ecosystem without the specific constraint of licenses. The support, the consultancy, the immediate security upgrades, the advanced features (ex. SSO, monitoring, etc.) are the part in which they tend to invest more.
We updated the business plan according to the feasibility assessment results to bring GHOSTWRITER AI to a more impactful commercialisation level and a stronger European and overseas customer attraction.
