The roadshow allows for direct feedback regarding the transferability or usability of AllthingsbioPROs results and how the project can connect to ongoing initiatives within the sectoral or policy arena Results will be reported in this deliverable

Project website and brandbook

Presents the new version of Allthingsbio portal brandbook and social media strategy

Uptake Strategy and Mapping of key potential users project insights

For the learning analytics and other results to become truly beneficial it is necessary to develop an uptake strategy It will identify key target audiences for the insights gained through data collected from users playing the serious game and what data is of interest to the Knowledge Centre for Bioeconomy and other stakeholders Furthermore the uptake strategy will provide ideas as to how the project results can contribute to a citizen observatory that could collect information and relay it to biobased industry and to policy makers

Documentation mapping results

Overview of the most relevant information and documentation materials on biobased products

Stakeholder consultation guidelines including the participatory workshop design

It will introduce guidelines and handson exercises on how to implement the cocreation processes and engagement methodologies to create input for the four missions

Report of the first sequence of focus groups and co-creation workshops

Summery of the results from first focus groups and cocreation workshops for the four missions

Report on the draft concept for each mission

Description of the draft concepts for each mission developed through cocreation process

First Customized content package

The content pieces provided in task 23 will be produced during the entire project duration Since they will be produced on demand it cannot be specified which content will be developed in detailed However for reporting purposes an annual report will be made which will take stock of the content developed D23 M13 MS21 M25 MS22 M35

Basic communication starter kit including a flyer a poster a power point presentation and a short presentation video

Data Management Plan

This deliverable is required by the Open Research Data Pilot and will contain the necessary information regarding the pilot It will further describe how data will be generated stored assessed used and erased within the project taking close regard of the GDPR regulation and H2020 open research data standards
