Report delivered in M18 It will contain a dossier of all the relevant dissemination and communication material developed a summary of the communications and dissemination actions carried out and an assessment of the impact achieved with them If needed an update of the DC strategy will be also included in Deliverable D72 to maximize project impact Please note that the actions in WP6 to involve stakeholders will also report their results in this deliverable

R3: Policy briefing and Social Impact Assessment

Public report delivered at the end of M35. The report will include a detailed assessment of the results of the simulations carried out providing policy-relevant insights. Different aspects of sustainability will be evaluated on every Use Case including ethics aspects. An accompanying policy brief (max 10-15 pages) targeted to policy makers will also be developed, providing policy recommendations. This deliverable will be peer reviewed by policy experts.

Technical Documentation of the WHY-tool

Public report delivered at the end of M18 The report will include the description of the different models and components developed The report describes the architecture of the WHY Toolkit and its components as well as the public APIs This deliverable will be peer reviewed by technical experts

R1.2: Causal diagram: methodology and results

Public report delivered at the end of M18. This document will include a description of the group dynamic used to build the Causal Diagram and the final model developed. This deliverable will be peer reviewed by scientific experts.

R4.2-R4.3 Final communication and dissemination report

Report delivered in M36. It will contain: a dossier of all the relevant dissemination and communication material developed, a summary of the communications and dissemination actions carried out and an assessment of the impact achieved with them. If needed, an update of the D&C strategy will be also included in Deliverable D7.3 to maximize project impact. Please note that the actions in WP6 to involve stakeholders will also report their results in this deliverable.

R2.4: WHY Plugins

Public report plus open source software implementation delivered at the end of M30. The report will contain the user manual of the different WHY plugins to integrate the WHY Toolkit with the different ESMs. A set of practical examples of how to use this integration will also be provided for use by ESMs inside and outside the WHY consortium. This deliverable will be peer reviewed by scientific and technical experts.

R3: WHY Toolkit libraries

Public report and open source implementation delivered at the end of M24. The report will contain the user manual of the WHY Toolkit libraries as well as a set of practical examples of it use with an explanation of the results (including videos, explanatory text). This deliverable will be peer reviewed by technical experts

R2: WHY Toolkit

Public report and open source software implementation delivered at the end of M30. The report will contain the detailed description of the methodologies followed to prepare the WHY Toolkit and the results of the test simulations carried out. This deliverable will be peer reviewed by scientific experts.

R4.2: Online Reference Documentation of the WHY Toolkit

Public report and online documentation delivered at M33. The report will contain the text of the technical documentation including a general introduction, practical examples, configuration manuals and the tailor-made chapters to cover specific needs of the different stakeholders. Multimedia content will be published on the repository used to host the online documentation. This deliverable will be peer reviewed by technical experts.

R4.1: Learning Materials

Public report and online learning material delivered at the end of M33. The report will contain the text content and full documentation of the learning materials used on the Summer Courses. Multimedia content will be published on public Online Learning Portals and on the project website. This deliverable will be peer reviewed by scientific experts.

Data Management Plan

Public Report delivered in M3 and updated in M18 and M36 This document will define how all the research data generated will be handled during the project life describing whether and how these datasets will be shared or allowed to be reused It will define the validation process of results presented in scientific publications generated by the project Also information on how all the research data and nonscientific documents generated during the lifetime of the project will be handled in terms of sharing policies data archiving and storage and preserving time
