Create and maintain a project website EeMMIP under the initiatve Energy Efficient Mortgages Initiative wwwenergyefficientmortgageseu The design of the EeMMIP website will be similar to that of EeMAP and EeDaPP aligning the three projects from a communication perspective It will be regularly updated offering general information about the project its partners and the relevant stakeholders It will inform about previous and forthcoming events and activities of the project as well as other relevant news on project topics

EeMMIP final event

A public final event will be organised at the end of the project with the participant of the project beneficiaries and stakeholders

Analysis of innovative solutions across technological end to end processes or on incentive public and private instruments

Technical report detailing existing energy efficiency legislation with a relevance for EEM and analysing potential gaps in legislation and local enforcement which if overcome could support market development

Technical Report on Market Research

Technical Report presenting existing barriers to market development and the identification of potential innovative market actions needed to secure EEM market development and the role of different market participants It will include a robust mapping of the actors in the mortgage market system of each of the demonstrators ie lending institutions borrowers property valuers energy experts datasystems providers investors roles and the relationships between them ie the current value chain It will also analyse the processes present in each market resources and will analyse the relevant legislative and normative environment in which the actors operate rules

Technical report detailing an understanding of how to address and overcome challenges within the endtoend customer journey and EEM lifecycle within the demonstrator jurisdictions

Technical report presenting research on consumer appetite for EEM on consumer propensity to engage with an EEM product and elasticity of demand around different product features and on the appeal and relevance of digital HEMS

A detailed report describing all WP7 activities implemented by Month 24

Final Label Convention defining the core characteristics required for an EEM to qualify for the EEM Label The convention will reflect learning from the testing in the demonstrator environments as well as regulatory developments and will allow for regular updates on an ongoing basis
