Objective
The purpose of the Plan is to obtain a water national planning study to define the hydrical volume for portable water. It will be created following Mediterranean Countries standards in the development models and utilization of the water. Moreover, it will define the environmental infrastructure needs (aqueducts, sewerage, wastewater plants), the management models and the Water Emergency Plan criteria. The Plan established the basic for future programming plans of other hydro-exigent fields.
The Plan, to be a basical technic-programmatic tools for the utilization and the development of the water, and for the pianification of other national Plans, will contain the study of the area, especially the demographic growth, of the volume of different water sources, of the actual situation of aqueducts, sewerages and wastewater plants. Moreover, there will be evaluated the technical infrastructure needs (with the O&M structures) to assure service standards in analogy with the once used by UE in the matter of the water quality (drinkable water and waste), material characteristics, frequence and type of management controls. With the correct acknowledgement of the actual situation of the infrastructure of the environmental hygienics, the Plan will provide to dimension the intervention of realization of the works necessary and/or development.
There will be identified the necessary hydrical sources, with specific reference to models of development, to assure primarily the use of drinking water even with reference to the touristic development; this will allow the planning use of the water which will guarantee the use of such resource, in the respect of the same, on such matter there will be introduced methods for the correct systems of tariff application, that will constitute the basis for a management that will assure a good level of service with the concept who pollutes pays.

Topic(s)
Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.
