Objective
To take back used photocopiers and remanufacture them.
To demonstrate that photocopiers need not be disposed of until the actual life cycle has been completed.
Copier technology makes them ideal for remanufacturing. The objective of the LIFE REEP project is to demonstrate that the remanufacturing of photocopiers is a viable exercise.
The project objective is to re-use as many parts from the used copier and place them back again to produce a fully functioning machine.
Waste reduction in the order of 80% is the target.
