Objective
An innovative continuous galvanisation technology of steel long products will be transfer to a aluminising process. The main feature is the use of magneto hydrodynamic forces to create seals of the liquid metal reactor and to control coating thickness. A demonstration line for aluminizing of steel flat tubes, used for air cooled condensers, (energy sector) will be designed and tested. Competitiveness of produced flat tubes, wires and rods will be analysed for applications in new industry sectors.
