Objective
OBJECTIVES
The main objective of this project is to help companies in the clothing sector to face technological, commercial and institutional changes, but also changes in the area of human resources and work organisation. It proposes more particularly to update and improve the skills of the employees of these companies by means of training.
ACTIVITIES
The project is based on an analysis of the training requirements of the clothing sector, conducted under the FORCE programme. The two main steps planned under this project are, on the one hand, to design and develop a computer tool enabling present and future training requirements to be identified, and allowing individual training courses to be prepared for each person or each company, and on the other hand, to develop three computer-assisted teaching modules on the restructuring of companies in the clothing industry, technological innovations and planning in a business which is currently subject to considerable expansion.
