Objective
OBJECTIVES
The aim of the project is to make companies aware of the "orientation" (or guidance) approach defined as a "continual process of negotiation between a person and their environment". The intention is to design and implement an in-company orientation resource centre based on a common orientation system.
ACTIVITIES
The legal aspects and economic climate prevailing in the areas of employment covered by the project and the way in which work organisation links in with activity and employment will firstly be analysed. On this basis, the partners, with the help of experts and players in this area, will devise orientation processes adapted to individual and collective expectations, which will then lead to the design of an in-house orientation resource centre. Test runs will be organised at the companies, during which the procedures and processes connected with the activities and attitudes required for this new contractual framework will be highlighted.
PRODUCTS
- A methodology for analysing various manpower management systems in the areas of employment and vocational training.
- A set of specifications for the orientation resource centre, and an operational chart (conditions for the intervention of players in this area).
