Objective
OBJECTIVES
Environmental protection is the issue of the moment and if companies do not wish to pay the price in the medium-term, it is in their interest to integrate this aspect into their production. But the implementation of legislative measures taken on a European level in the area of environmental protection requires companies and their decision makers to have specific knowledge in this area. This project will therefore develop a curriculum and the materials needed for a training course in the integrated control of ecology and quality aimed at those in charge of SMEs. This course will help to improve the integration of ecological aspects into company management. It will be presented in a modular form and will deal with recent legislation in this area.
ACTIVITIES
Initially, the partners will analyse the needs in terms of integrated ecological management in SMEs and discuss the appropriate methods and content of training. Training will then be developed jointly by the partnership, whose extensive experience in the area of environmental protection, management and quality control and vocational training will contribute to the quality of the training material. Self-teaching and distance learning material will be produced and the training will then be tested and evaluated.
