Objective

OBJECTIVES
At every level of SMEs, employees need to be able to adapt and respond to changes in society and in the market and to be prepared for the introduction of new types of work organisation, new technologies and quality control procedures. The project regards the management programme as a central element between the different education and training bodies and SMEs. Furthermore, the central objective of the project is to improve the ability of programme managers to get education and training programmes suited to the SMEs up and running through the development of training programmes designed for programme managers.

ACTIVITIES
The project will analyse the functions of programme management in relation to programmes adapted to SMEs. It will do the same for the skills required and will describe them. On the basis of this, the project will design, produce, test and evaluate the training of programme managers. The programme will be dispensed intensively in-house with - between the sessions - reinforcement by electronic communication. The results of the project will be distributed.
