Trainer training, production of self-learning software, and partnership networks for decentralised contracualisation in retail trades

Objective

OBJECTIVES
This project aims to develop a self-training software programme aimed at official union representatives as well as shop stewards in workshops responsible for collective bargaining in the retail sector. It is based on the results of a previous FORCE project, carried out by union groups active in Italy, France and Germany and now expanded to include a third Italian union group and the Irish commercial union.

ACTIVITIES
An educational software programme containing the main negotiation structures and trends for each country will be set in place and should result in the development of negotiation capacity adapted to changes in the organisation of work, as well as in collective bargaining itself, in relation to the productivity-linked pay which is increasingly the norm in this sector.

PRODUCTS
Self-training software designed for union representatives responsible for collective bargaining.
