Objective
OBJECTIVES
The globalisation of the job markets and consumerism, the revolution in information technologies and ever shorter innovation cycles, combined with the development of new professional profiles and of new qualification needs, mean that training organisations are facing new challenges. In the light of this, the project aims to create a European network of training organisations in European countries and eastern and central European countries, with the aim of creating synergies, profiting from the European added value and improving the quality and effectiveness of professional training.
ACTIVITIES
An analysis of the level of shortfalls on the ground will form the basis for later work on the content within the network. A plenary assembly will then sum up and discuss the expectations of training organisations for the purpose of creating common training modules. European work groups will then be called upon to develop suitable training measures, which will be disseminated electronically following testing and evaluation.
PRODUCTS
The expected final product will be the creation of a European training network which should pursue its activities after the envisaged initial three year phase. This network will devise a set of three training modules with reference to European contents. In addition, the project envisages an exchange of trainers and trainees, mutual certification and common training courses.
