Objective
OBJECTIVES
This project aims to create and adapt multimedia training tools and distance training tools, as well as training courses for trainers and tutors. The new tools created will be used mainly by SME entrepreneurs and directors and will be able to be adapted for training a disadvantaged group of people. The project thus strengthens the link between initial and continuing training by helping to set up a system which encourages the establishment of new companies.
ACTIVITIES
To do this, the project intends to bring together a network of European universities specialising in training entrepreneurs, business colleges, chambers of commerce and associations of entrepreneurs in order to design the appropriate academic tools for training trainers. It will be innovative in the sense that it will use new technologies to create distance training tools and develop methods so that trainers can make use of them. These tools will allow the trainers to perfect their distance training programmes which are targeted at SME directors.
PRODUCTS
This project will come into being through multimedia teaching aids (six manuals, a video, a CD-ROM, two computer programmes), access to which will be made easier by connection to the Internet.
