Objective
OBJECTIVES
In order to encourage the transnational dimension in vocational training, education and lifelong learning, the project will develop a database in the participating countries offering placements to people from other EU Member States. It will also make the information on the database available to guidance centres. The project will provide the national resource centres with a unique tool to support their work. It will enable them to respond to individuals and organisations seeking a transnational element in initial and continuing vocational training as well as in the area of lifelong learning.
ACTIVITIES
In various phases, the project will develop software, carry out research into enterprises offering placements, disseminate databases to national resource centres and, finally, it will check the content and usability of the database. The tools developed by the project will support all national resource centres in their work. In addition, they could be used by other programmes that deal with the mobility of students and/or workers in the EU.
