Continuing vocational training in the European food industry

Objective

OBJECTIVES
The project builds on the results of the previous FORCE project "Continuing Vocational Training in the European Food Industry". The goal is to develop new multimedia training products for the food industry. The project aims to consolidate the Danish application, which will update the existing video on hygiene, and will also make additional videos on health and safety and quality management.

ACTIVITIES
The project will be implemented in parallel with its Danish sister project. It will update and review the existing materials. The modules will be translated into the partners' languages. Multimedia materials for trainer training for transnational use will be developed. The project will pilot and evaluate a video on training in the workplace in the partner Member States. Finally, it will develop, test and evaluate the customer service module.

PRODUCTS
- A set of training materials, including the update of the module on Hygiene, and the production of a video on Health & Safety and Management.
- A trainer training video.
- A self learning module on customer care.
- A mentor support system to be used at workplace level.
