Objective

OBJECTIVES
Although equal opportunities for men and women in terms of training and vocational insertion have been achieved in theory, many gaps continue to exist in practice. The project partners propose to produce a training module specifically intended for women, to help give them access to positions of responsibility in their enterprise, which have, in the past, been traditionally reserved for men.

ACTIVITIES
First of all, the partners will carry out a study on women and their participation in the working environment, on the positive changes in attitude towards women that have been perceptible in that environment for several years, based on the studies already carried out in these fields. This will enable them to define the relevant content to be included in the training module. The module will be prepared by a mainly female co-operative. It will be assessed using methods developed in research-action and then transferred to careers guidance centres responsible for vocational training for women.

PRODUCTS
The project will develop a training module enabling women to create a place for themselves within enterprises.
