Objective
OBJECTIVES
In order to meet the challenge of technological change, the objective of the project is to develop and produce training modules on total quality. It intends in particular to take part in better forecasting of needs and to respond more to demands from the SMEs. Finally, it intends to encourage self-training methods to be set up at the work place, as well as open and distance training and teaching.
ACTIVITIES
During the exploratory phase, the needs of the SMEs will be defined by means of a questionnaire. Two firms will be selected to continue the pilot experiment. This experiment will consist of several stages: firstly, the setting up of a training programme, then its adaptation to the multimedia system and its distribution. Finally, a seminar on training in total quality will be organised.
