Objective
OBJECTIVES
The study will relate to the creation of a European professional profile for community counsellors in professional training and human resource management. Professional qualifications will also be developed through the clarification of terminologies used in the different countries of the EU and through the transparency and one-to-one interpretation of professional qualifications. For this reason, the partners propose to analyse the relationship between human resource management and the efficiency of certain SMEs and to bring training centres and companies closer together.
ACTIVITIES
The first study will produce an inventory of all the terminologies used in professional training throughout the EU. Then, the partners will analyse the relationship between the efficiency of companies in terms of returns and human resource management, for each country. By pooling the results, good management practices will be identified and a report produced. An outline of a typical profile for a human resources manager will then be drawn up. This typical profile will be evaluated amongst the various partners and distributed.
RESULTS
- An analysis of the relationship between human resource management, efficiency and company profitability.
- A typical profile of the human resource manager.
