Report that describes the results of the evaluations from the demonstrators based on the received user feedback This report will be updated on M24 summarizing the results of the second phase demonstrators based on received user feedback and outlining potential future improvements

Detailed version of the preliminary dissemination communication plan see Section 221 with concrete plans for the dissemination activities of each partner and the project as a whole

Elaborated report of cross-discipline principles-rules-constraints, and interfaces definition for cross-disciplinary and multi-simulation perspectives in VR

Detailed report of principles rules and constraints covering the involved disciplines as taxonomysemantic terms as well as detailed mockups and descriptions for the envisioned crossdiscipline and multisimulation VRaided design environment These mockups will allow the revision of the initial developments of WP24 and enable the integration WP to get in full speed for delivering the first PrismArch prototype

Report on current limitations of AEC software tools, leading to user and functional requirements of PrismArch

Report on existing practices and describe indicative problems that VR and nonVRaided design environments are facing with respect to the architectural designers and engineering needs A suggested list of user and functional requirements will be included in the report to drive developments Finally an initial version of the principles rules and constraints in the form of taxonomies will also be provided based on AKTs existing knowledge base

Market analysis and exploitation plan

Business plan to ensure the successful exploitation of PrismArch technology building on the plan presented in Section 223 It will include market analysis a business model for exploitation and concrete actions to incorporate PrismArchs outcomes as resources under MINDESKs solutions

First version of architectural design and integration protocol

A roadmap for the developments of PrismArch platform including a draft of the envisioned system architecture a technical overview of the different modules WP2WP4 a timeline and dependency map

Project Communication Kit

Initial project publicity material consisting of the project website poster leaflet and factsheet as well as the projects social media accounts

Engagement strategies: plan and material

Detailed plan to carry out the ecosystem building activities such as promotional and communication material awareness campaigns etc

Project management and quality assurance plan

This deliverable will contain i the guidelines that will be followed by the consortium members to ensure high quality research development and reporting ii measures to be taken in case of detected or prognosticate quality flaws iii a refined list of research and performance indicators for each activity that will be evaluated during quality monitoring and iv quality assurance responsibilities in the Consortium

Report describing the plans for testing evaluating PrismArch The report defines usability criteria for evaluation and overall evaluation protocols to be followed in the demonstrators eg the tools for collecting user feedback

Market analysis and exploitation plan (Update)

Business plan to ensure the successful exploitation of PrismArch technology building on the plan presented in Section 223 It will include market analysis a business model for exploitation and concrete actions to incorporate PrismArchs outcomes as resources under MINDESKs solutions The plan will be refined on M24 based on the results of the second development phase and the outcomes of the demonstrators It will include the final set of exploitable assets more target groups ie other possible related industries as well as a precise financial analysis and a roadmap to commercialization

This deliverable is a report on the protocol the methodology and outcomes of the experiments conducted to evaluate spatial and navigational stress in VR environments

Detailed version of the preliminary dissemination communication plan see Section 221 with concrete plans for the dissemination activities of each partner and the project as a whole This report will be updated on M18 by aggregating the outcome of planned activities assessing their impact and constituting the plan for the remaining of the project

Initial report on UX and usability guidelines in VR-aided design environments

A report about the cognitive stress induced by interfaces in VR for designing architectural projects and taking decisions about these designs that are derived with AI tools The output of the studies on spatial cognition and cognitive load are translated into specific guidelines for interface design

Report on evaluation plan and usability study (Update)

Report describing the plans for testing evaluating PrismArch The report defines usability criteria for evaluation and overall evaluation protocols to be followed in the demonstrators eg the tools for collecting user feedback This report will be updated on M22 after the execution of the first phase of demonstrators with the testing and evaluation protocols to be followed in the second phase trials

Initial version of parametric design space

Define the parametric space that the AI algorithms of T22 will explore as well as mathematical formulas for measuring constraint satisfaction efficiency and aesthetic diversity in the different design disciplines

Integration-ready version of AI algorithms to traverse the parametric solution space

Software deliverable including the generative algorithms which explore the parametric space guided by constraints objectives and diversity measures defined in D21 The algorithms will adapt the users own design using artificial evolution constrained optimization and qualitydiversity search

Final revised version of parametric space of design, algorithms for AI assisted editing/design in VR, and algorithms for designer modeling

This software deliverable will include the updated AI algorithms of D2.2, following feedback from tests in WP6 (D6.3), as well as the trained designer models for adjusting the generated suggestions to match the target design discipline and personal preferences of the designers.

Data management plan

It presents the guidelines for data collection storage and ownership for all project activities It will also determine the strategy by which the research data generated by the project will be made open wherever and if possible to maximize their reuse It will categorize data with respect to i their confidentiality ethical treatment possibility to be shared in the open data initiative and ii their format and standardization D82 will also specify guidelines for the management of all generated data in accordance with their categorization Additionally D82 will define and ensure that of all of the collected data are intended to be processed relevant and limited solely to the purposes of PrismArch Finally it will foresee the essential security measures that will be implemented to prevent unauthorized access to personal data or the equipment used for their processing
