Project Quality Handbook

It will show how quality aspects are taken into account in a variety of processes and activities within the DIGITbrain project as the interrelated quality processes – planning, assurance and control – will have impact on the project work from its start to its end. It will include aspects such as Quality Planning that refers to quality policies like meeting, deliverable or publication policies; Quality Assurance that involves the establishment of Interim Management Reports, clear responsibilities and regular, clearly guided telephone conferences, and a well defined internal review process further supports the Quality Assurance of deliverables, and; Quality Control that focuses on feedback through internal review process. It will be a living document throughout the entire duration of the project and any change/update will be reported in the management section of the Periodic Reports (M18, M36, M42).

Final dissemination and user community feedback report

This deliverable will report on all dissemination activities and training courses during the second part of the project (M06-M42). The deliverable will also report on the two main dissemination events for industry that will be organized to disseminate the project to the general audience, industrial forums, stakeholders and SMEs.

First periodic dissemination report

This deliverable will report on all dissemination activities during the first half of the project M6M25 including the dissemination of the first open call The deliverable will describe all dissemination activities conducted dissemination and training events organised and attended and community feedback collected and analysed It will also describe IPR management This deliverable will report on all the commercial exploitation impact and sustainability activities during the first part of the project The report will include detailed analysis of the impact planned and achieved by experiments and the project as a whole and will describe commercial exploitation and sustainability plans of experiments and the Digital Marketplace

Dissemination plan and project public website

The deliverable will report on the project website (M3) which shall be set-up until month 3 and the activities of Task 8.1. It will outline if and how the steps of Task 8.1. have been implemented. Moreover, it will describe the methodology and schedule for dissemination during the first project period (channels, target audiences, activities, etc.) and forecast the strategic project communication throughout the project in a strategic dissemination plan.

Plan for collaboration with other I4MS projects and Digital Innovation Hubs

This document is intended as a specific plan for collaboration with other I4MS projects and Digital Innovation Hubs initiatives. In each progress report, coinciding with the reporting period, an update will be provided on the activities done and the plans for the next period.

Project Management Handbook

It will describe internal technical and administrative management procedures for the project execution, administrative management, management structures, communication and collaboration. It will be a living document throughout the entire duration of the project and any change/update will be reported in the management section of the Periodic Reports (M18, M36, M42).
