Deliverables
This deliverable will provide an implemented and tested Semantic API container component to be used in the Data Connector implementation.
Reference Data Connector and B2B data connectorsData Connectors are enablers of semantic data exchange on the DOME 4.0 platform. This deliverable will provide a reference data connector as an orchestrated container service of containers.
Data transaction and clearing systemThe deliverable includes the software design specification and implementation for a service for the automated and clearing and tracking of all data transactions facilitated by DOME 4.0 in accordance with policies established to protect the participant’s data privacy. The specification and a first integrated prototype of the software service will be delivered as an internal deliverable by M18 with continuous improvements and a final release by M30. The software design and development is carried out in accordance to the specification of D1.1.
Data sovereignty and provenance systemThe deliverable includes the software design specification and implementation for a service to track data sovereignty and provenance of data entities in DOME 4.0 facilitated transactions. The specification and a first integrated prototype of the software service will be delivered as an internal deliverable by M18 with continuous improvements and a final release by M30. The software design and development is carried out in accordance to the specification of D1.1.
Ecosystem information model ontologyA common language for collaborative distributed brokering, identity, provenance, and data sovereignty is required for the DOME 4.0, and this task will deliver an information model and an ontology to define this common language.
Semantic data exchange ontologyThe semantic exchange of data between data providers and data consumers requires an ontology that will be developed and delivered in this task.
Onboarding ServicesTools that guide users through common usage scenarios available on the DOME 4.0 web platform.
Semantic broker serviceThis deliverable will implement and test the broker service used to semantically match data consumers, data providers and service providers.
CUDS specification and reference implementationThe existing Common Universal Data Structures (CUDS, https://github.com/simphony/osp-core, implemented in Python) is extended to support multiple features needed for large scale efficient semantic data exchange across geographical locations and platforms in a secure manner. The delivery will consist of an up-dated data structure specification for CUDS and extended with reference implementations for the languages and platforms needed by the showcases, i.e. a C and JavaScript implementation.
The report will include an analysis of what tools and services are needed to address the needs of the core platform and the success stories as well as their individual technical requirements The report will also include shared requirements by the tools and services for the core platform architecture and services All requirements must be evaluated towards their significance of enabling success stories and their necessity to enable compliance with FAIR data principles and prioritized accordingly using the MoSCoW method
