o show the public how innovative solutions, new products, services, inventions affect our daily lives;
o present the creators of these innovative solutions: the researchers, their work and career, their personalities, daily life and hobbies to support their public recognition;
o involving young innovators in our programmes - encouraging the youth – with a special focus on girls – to embark on scientific careers;
o increase awareness of research and innovation activities and sustain the interest of students for scientific careers
o capture public imagination and involvement of the citizens into the programmes of the NIGHT allowing them a better understanding of the benefits of R&I. The thematic awareness raising (Brain Star, Fake News, targeted Facebook ads, etc.) will ensure this goal as well as local organization and awareness raising of the venues;
