A full report on the activities of START will be prepared and will include details of participation, success rates, and possible lessons learned for future events, aligned with the metrics identified in the impact assessment report.
Impact Assessment Report (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)An impact assessment report will be prepared once the activities associated with European Researchers’ Night have concluded. The report will provide a description of the evaluation process including the research design and how the methodology was implemented (e.g. how many people responded to the surveys and their demographic details). The report will outline key findings from the evaluation and make recommendations on the strengths and weaknesses of the event so that future iterations can build on the lessons learned. Illustrative examples of the data collected, and the research tools used, will also be included in the report. The Impact Assessment Report will also include plans for how the project’s results could be published in peer-reviewed journals.
Awareness Campaign Final Report (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)A final awareness campaign report will be prepared, capturing all of the publicity and promotional activity for START. It will include information such as website traffic, social media engagement, engagement with offline materials, and will be accompanied by samples of promotional material used during the campaign. The report will be ready no later than 30 days after the activities of European Researchers’ Night.
Impact Case Studies (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)"12 individual impact case studies will be published on #researchMATTERS, Trinity’s dedicated online research magazine, and will consist of individual researchers sharing their research journey and how their careers have developed. These case studies will then be gathered together in a single printed publication for further circulation to enhance the legacy of START."

Awareness Campaign Interim Report (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)An interim report will be prepared at the halfway point of the project in order to assess which communications tools are having the most impact and to identify opportunities for further growth.
Promotional audio-visual materials, including flyers, posters, and videos, will be collected. The materials will consist of at least 15 photos (resolution: 3744x5079 pixels [19 Mpix]) and 1 video (resolution: full HD size [1920x1080 pixels], mp4; codec: H.264; average bitrate: between 2500 kbps and 4000 kbps; sound: AAC stereo at 192 kbps). These can potentially be used by the European Commission for promotional/communication purposes. A disclaimer will be displayed at the entrance to all of the sites advising attendees that filming and photography will be taking place. Accommodations will be made for attendees who do not wish to be filmed or photographed; red stickers will be made available which can be worn to indicate that they should not be included in official photography.
