Deliverables

Posting of press releases (opens in new window)

All press releases have been posted on the project website. Each press release related to STIMULUS research from a Beneficiary or Partner organisation will in parallel be posted on the STIMULUS website.

Social media accounts (opens in new window)

STIMULUS social media accounts have been set up eg Twitter and Facebook and are managed by ESRs

Showcase conference (opens in new window)

A showcase conference symposium will be organized. Preferably it will be organized as an E-MRS Satellite meeting. This international conference symposium will showcase the research outcomes from the project and include a networking dinner for the ESRs. All ESRs will give oral or poster presentations at the E-MRS and external scientists of international renown will be invited and hosted by the ESRs.

Website (opens in new window)

A website to present STIMULUS and to serve external and internal communication has been released

Mid-term conference (opens in new window)

An ESR-led conference open to the academic community held in Germany (nominally over two day have been held. The conference organisation is a part of the training in transferrable skills of the ESRs. The ESRs will be responsible for arranging the scientific programme, inviting scientific speakers of interest, and running the conference. Support from the communication and dissemination manager (AB, TUDA) will be available. Invited scientific speakers will be agreed upon, approached, and hosted by the ESRs.

Outreach events (opens in new window)

Participation in at least one outreach event per academic Beneficiary.

Completion of non-academic secondments (opens in new window)

All ESRs have completed all their secondments with non-academic Beneficiaries and Partner organisations that are not their hosts, as described in their Personal Development Plans.

Reports on scientific publications (opens in new window)

Reports on scientific publications (all open access), conference attendance, and registration/filing of IPR. Reports are due every six months and updated on our website and social media accounts.

Ethics approal for in vivo models (opens in new window)

Animal ethics approval associated documentation and protocols for specific in vivo models have been acquired These documents must be kept on file

Structured doctoral training school (opens in new window)

Documentation of our contribution to structured doctoral training in the EU.

Recruitment of 15 ESRs (opens in new window)

STIMULUS Beneficiaries have recruited 15 ESRs The ESRs have been publicly presented through the STIMULUS website and social media accounts

Workshop and conference organisation (opens in new window)

We will organize nine workshops, three conferences, and summer schools as part of the training program in which all ESRs will participate, and which in some cases also will have external participants. The deliverable is complete when all workshops, conferences and summer schools described in the work program have taken place.

ESRs completing training program (opens in new window)

All ESRs have completed the training activities described in the work program and their respective Personal Development Plans.

Completion of academic secondments. (opens in new window)

All ESRs have completed all their secondments with academic Beneficiaries that are not their hosts, as described in their Personal Development Plans.

PI training on recruitment (opens in new window)

Training for recruiting PIs from all Beneficiaries on good practice in recruitment and addressing gender imbalances during the recruitment The training workshop has been organized with all PIs taking part

Open access data archives (opens in new window)

Data sets that can be made public have been archived as open access data sets with appropriate meta-data. Updates will be made and reported every 12 months.
