This deliverable will present the different ML techniques developed and applied on each use case and how these enhancements impact on the ML models implemented Moreover it will describe the implementation of the federated ML module including all functionalities defined in the context of IoTNGIN that ensure data confidentiality

Enhancing IoT Underlying Technology

D22 will provide an updated version to the IoT M2M functionality focus on the reduction of the uplink cochannel interference an update to the IEEE TSN bridge Networkside TSN Translator an initial implementation of the IoT5G API and an initial version of a secure edge cloud microservices execution framework

IoT-NGIN Living Labs use cases Assessment and Replication guidelines

This deliverable will provide the final assessment of IoTNGIN along with the replication guidelines in order to allow 3rd parties to integrate the IoTNGIN framework in nonproject sites

Enhancing Confidentiality preserving federated ML

The document analyses the different federated learning techniques and methodologies through the lens of privacy preserving and focusing on the ML modelling to propose a federated ML module that provides the IoTNGIN ML framework with the required confidentialitypreserving features

Integrated IoT-NGIN platform & laboratory testing results

Focus on the 2nd integration of IoTNGIN components highlighting the efficiency and performance features along with the initial version of the use case applications and initial testing and evaluation results

Marketing & promotional tools (1st Iteration)

This deliverable will comprise a listing and a description of the created marketing material and tools

Continuous technology watch and alignment

This deliverable reports the newest advancements in next generation IoT technologies and how these can be mapped and aligned with the projects outcomes

Integration guidelines & initial IoT-NGIN components integration

Focus on integration guidelines and the initial version of the IoTNGIN components highlighting the main functionality of the platform

Enhanced IoT Tactile & Contextual Sensing/Actuating (Final Version)

This deliverable will update D43 and provide the final object recognition federated ML trained models final access control mechanism including user rightsgroups and final version of AR enhanced apps for the IoTNGIN use cases

IoT meta-architecture alignment and continuous technology watch

Provide an update and alignment to the IoT metaarchitecture considering the result of the initial Living Labs test It will also provide an update to benchmarking KPIs and the snapshot of the continuous IoT technology watch

Next Generation IoT PRESS Analysis & Confidentiality Requirements

This deliverable will analyse the Next Generation IoT PRESS including confidentiality and privacy ethics security and societal implications to be addressed by IoTNGIN and tactile IoT

Enhancing IoT M2M/MCM Communications

Deliverable D21 will report the advances in IoT M2M optimal relay strategy definition the initial version of an IEEE TSN bridge and a specification of the 5GIoT API

Trial site set-up, initial results and DMP update

This deliverable will provide a description of the Living Labs trial sites as feedback to IoTNGIN system designers along with use case evaluation criteria test and verification procedures of the trials Moreover if needed it will provide an update to the Data Management Plan Initial quantitative results will be provided

Interoperable IoT-NGIN meta-architecture & laboratory evaluation

Describe the final IoTNGIN integrated platform including laboratory testing and evaluation results

ML models sharing and Transfer learning implementation

This deliverable describes the module that shares the trained models generated by the IoTNGIN ML framework the different options offered as well as how this transfer learning techniques applied to enrich other existing ML models It also details its implementation and integration within the IoTNGIN architecture

Enhancing IoT Ambient Intelligence

This deliverable will provide the initial version of object recognition SW focused on IoTNGIN use cases and initial access control mechanism based on spatial information and ambient intelligence

Enhancing IoT Data Privacy & Trust (Update)

Deliverable D54 will extend D53 providing the final version of Federated DLTledger transactions and introduce the DLTenabled metalevel Digital Twins

Project Handbook

This will be a live document describing the communication procedures contact details file exchange procedures quality assurance details ethical guidelines and all necessary administrative information

Enhancing IoT Data Privacy & Trust

Deliverable D53 will analyse the state of the art in SSI technology and Multiledger transactions and how they can be utilised to enhance the privacy preservation of IoT data

This deliverable will update D42 and provide enhanced object recognition ML models enhancements in the access control mechanism including ownership and initial version of AR enhanced apps for the IoTNGIN use cases

This deliverable provides the technical specifications of the IoTNGIN components including the lowlevel design of the IoTNGIN architecture patterns the IoTNGIN metaarchitecture and the definition of test reports format and benchmarking for the validation of the KPIs Moreover it will provide initial feedback on IoT technology watch

Definition and analysis of use cases and GDPR compliance

This deliverable provides a detailed analysis of the use cases the conditions technical and privacyGDPR requirements that would govern the actual measurements in the Living Labs

Data Management Plan (DMP)

This deliverable will provide a description of the data management procedures to be used at trial sites and at the panEuropean level should any personal data be collected

Enhancing Deep learning/reinforcement learning

The deliverable will initially detail the Big Data and ML framework that enables MLaaS and supports decentralised federated ML Then it studies different deep ML andor reinforcement learning techniques including selflearning techniques and supervisedunsupervised learning procedures applied to IoT devices to select those that better fit the IoTNGIN scenarios and enhance the ML models performance

This deliverable will update D86 and summarize the impact creation and dissemination plans including the cluster and SDO activities
