Criteria and guidelines for user recruitment and engagement

Report on the participatory design process guidelines and criteria for recruiting users at the pilot sites.

HESTIA website and baseline communication material

Project webpage and social networks are created. Additionally, it will include a yearly project newsletter, a poster and a brochure.

Pilot characterisation and associated regulatory framework

Report on the technical and energy characteristics of the pilots including the associated DR-related regulatory framework.

Clustering and cooperation on cross-cutting issues - interim

Report on cooperation with similar EU projects associated to crosscutting issues eg grid perspective of DR socioeconomic aspects etc

Dissemination and communication plan

Roadmap for communication and exploitation-oriented dissemination activities. An update will be included in each periodic reporting period.

Pilot specific demonstration scenarios

Based on D11 and D12 this deliverable will present the full set of HESTIA demo scenarios technical and business models to be deployed and verified on pilots

Participatory design recommendations and user engagement strategy

Report on the design recommendations developed in participatory design workshops including strategies for user engagement

Energy-related user profiles and potential energy efficiency options

Results of the user behaviour analysis at pilot sites with respect to user energy consumption practices.

Proof-of-concept for user-centred DR initiatives

Proofofconcept for design of user engaging DR designs and practice interventions

HESTIA deployment plan

Report with the deployment plan for pilot sites
