The deliverable will be a report divided in two parts: an extensive literature research on innovative tariffs schemes from recent or ongoing research projects, and a critical selection of the best models to be tested.

Through detailed scenario development with the E3-ISL model, the deliverable includes a synthesis of quantitative model-based projections to develop the medium and long-term energy and economic assessment of Mayotte assessing the impacts of energy transitions and exploring barriers and opportunities arising from the uptake of clean energy options.
