Objective
It is extremely important for companies and scientific/technological institutions to work together with a view to establishing close links for the adoption of mechanisms to encourage the right conditions for communication, motivation, participation and decision making, all of which are essential for business innovation.
The aims of this project are to provide company staff with key competences so that they can understand market requirements and trends, and keep abreast of technological progress; know how to set in motion and manage organisational re-structuring necessitated by technological developments; monitor and take advantage of existing opportunities for supporting technological development; and promote knowledge and innovation transfer between science and technology institutions and companies. The partners will produce a guide on the best means of promoting, developing and implementing training programmes for people who will become agents of change in SMEs.
Impact
The project will reduce the mismatch between training supply and company needs. Companies directly involved in the project will directly benefit from increased innovation in the technology field.
